BONUS BLOG: Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts

There is a restaurant in my hometown (Redlands) called The State, that I LOVE and miss dearly. Not only for their infallibly good cocktails – but also for their crunchy brussel sprouts that comes with goat cheese. This is not that recipe (have you seen the price of goat cheese?!), but it did the trick with fulfilling my cravings for my hometown restaurant.

Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts

Cook Time 30 minutes
Servings 4 people

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 3 c. Brussel Sprouts
  • 4 tbsp. Butter Melted
  • 3 tsp. Garlic Mince
  • 5 tbsp. Mozzarella or 4 mini mozzarella balls
  • 2 tsp. Italian Herbs
  • 4 strips Bacon

Instructions

  • Drizzle the brussel sprouts with olive oil, throw in the air fryer and cook at 180
  • While brussel sprouts are cooking, throw bacon into pan and fry
  • Once bacon is overly cooked (pretty crispy), crumble and add to a medium-sized bowl
  • Once brussel sprouts are done, throw into the bowl with the bacon
  • Add the melted butter, mozzarella, italian herbs, and garlic mince. Mix well
  • Serve alongside your favourite dish
  • Enjoy!

That’s it! Some of the best brussel sprouts EVER in 30 minutes. It’s a great way to get you veggies in…I guess. And I HATE vegetables so you know I would absolutely not recommend veggies if they weren’t mixed in with bacon and covered in cheese.
