First and foremost: WELCOME BACK!
Life finally calmed down enough for me to write another blog and this week is extra special because…IT IS A DOUBLE POST WEEK!
I made a recipe last night that I was not going to post…but then after making it and discovering how yummy it was, C’MON I knew I had to share it with all of you.
Sunday is usually Crumb Chicken night, but with Blake out of town and work being kind of crazy I was feeling bad about myself last night and decided to treat myself! I mean C’MON look how good those little nuggets look
So let’s begin on the flavor journey toward the special crumb chicken recipe

Tips to a clean and successful frying session: I am the worst with hot oil, I inevitably burn myself or others or the food I am cooking; but, this recipe turned out GREAT because I followed the tips below:
PLASTIC WRAP
Once I was done adding these little things to the pan, the pick-up was one step: throw away plastic wrap (shout out to Blake’s mum for teaching me that sneaky trick)
OIL
Watch the oil carefully with both your eyes and your nose. Once the oil is overheated, it will smell burned and more smoke with produce. Also, the food frying will be burned without much cooking time (meaning burned on the outside, under-cooked on the inside)
TIME
This recipe does take a fair amount of time: 40-60 minutes. This is a process however it is worth the time! Make sure not to rush it.

That is all I have for today’s recipe! These little crispy nuggets are worth all the time you put into them, so I hope you make it and love it just as much as I do.
