Happy Memorial Day!
On this lovely day off I experimented and made these Ka-Chow Chicken Burgers, aptly named for the cajun spice and red pepper flakes that add some KA-CHOW flavor to the burgers.
This recipe is not for the faint of taste, it is spicy and may be too much to handle in some cases. So let’s get right to it

This requires a bit more prep work but seriously, the end result is SO worth it. They are so flavorful and that added kick of spice is so yummy.
I also love my chips thin and crispy, so the end result of the chips were thin, crispy, and also included that added kick. To ensure crispiness and reduce bake time, boil the potatoes for 15 minutes prior to prep.

Thank you for checking back in each week. I notice the ones who are continuously checking and it makes me so motivated that even the few are still visiting, so thank you for the support! I hope to keep creating yummy recipes with the upcoming week and refreshing my feed as I go
