(Satisfying) Snack Attack

Hello Zesties! Happy Friday/Saturday.

How much do we love a double-post week?? Going to be a double-post week each week for the month of July, so make sure you are subscribed to my email newsletter so you don’t miss a thing! Each week will be complete with a review and formal blog post. I have also been feeling incredibly food-creative, so most of July’s posts with be recipes!! (Don’t worry, I will still be doing a lifestyle post, I think twice this month).

This week’s post is in collaboration with a review I am posting next week, so whenever you see **Secret Ingredient** I will be revealing that next week! (If you are subscribed to my email, you would have already seen what it is and what the ingredients are 😉)

This week starting you off with FOUR recipes: 2 power ball flavours, superfood granola, and apple chips. This is a satisfying snack attack, meaning that these snacks are filling and satisfying because if you are anything like me, you too, love a good snack.
I am snacker/grazer. I love a good protein bar or some dried fruit. I get so excited when I see a cheese board, and seeing food in individual compartments just really gets me going. Since I am back at home, I am working on really bringing all creativity into the kitchen and it really shows in these four recipes. (The title of each snack takes you straight to the recipe)

Next week I will be doing a review with all the secret ingredients from this post (kind of like a little sneaky peak). I’ll go back and link each secret ingredient with its reveal and final recipe, but so far so exciting!!

I have been so set on creating and focusing in the kitchen, I have not even considered finishing my lifestyle post for the month. Honestly, it was going to be about my weight loss journey and how much it has changed my mentality and outlook on working out and eating, etc. BUT, these recipes are healthy, they are yummy and they are fun to make! While I am still on a creative roll, I am not stopping now.

I hope you are all enjoying the new recipes as much as I am. Thank you for continuing to check in and stay active on social media and the blog. Since I am not currently working (end of contract work), this blog has been such an outlet and sweet escape for me. It’s something I truly enjoy doing and I love creating content and sharing with all of you. So thank you
