Last week, I had pasta just about every day. Whether it was for lunch or dinner; whether I made it, or tried it from somewhere else. This past recipe though, this one was my favorite.

It has been constantly rainy, cold, and cloudy lately, so making this nice comforting dinner was super satisfying. Sometimes a good pasta dish is just the thing during a hard week, or rainy weather.
Not too much to add to this week. It is a great recipe and takes maybe 30 minutes from start to finish. Only life tip I can offer after having pasta every day last week is simply this: eat the pasta, enjoy the pasta, and maybe have some veggies on the side…for balance, of course.
